Can we arrive on a day other than Saturday?
Yes, except July and August, it is possible to arrive every day.
In July and August, it is possible to arrive on Saturday, but also on Friday and Monday for rentals. On a pitch, it is possible to arrive on Monday, Friday and Sunday.
What are the payment options available ?
You can pay your deposit/stay: on our website with your credit card, by check payable to SAS Inly or by ANCV checks and Connect holiday vouchers. For your ANCV papers, it is best to send them to us by registered mail (without cutting them).
Less than a month before your stay, we no longer accept payments by check.
What time can we arrive? What time should we leave?
Rental arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures are by 10 a.m. at the latest.
Arrivals on pitches are from 2 p.m. and departures are by 12 p.m. at the latest.
Do you have to give a deposit on arrival?
A deposit by credit card imprint is requested upon your arrival and will be destroyed after your departure.
An inventory will be given to you upon your arrival. No inventory is carried out in your presence.
Can we arrive outside reception opening hours?
Yes if you have booked in advance. Remember to let us know, we will prepare an envelope for you, which you will find at the bar/restaurant.
Does a child under the age of two count as a person?
Yes
Is it possible to pitch a tent next to a mobile home?
No, you have to take a space provided for this purpose.
How many people can fit on a camping pitch?
A maximum of 6 people are allowed on the pitch.
Are sheets and blankets included?
Yes pillows and duvets are provided.
Sheets and towels are not provided but it is possible to rent them.
Price: €20 per single bed. and €25 per double bed. and €10 per bathroom linen kit
Is there a television in the mobile homes?
Yes in certain ranges, such as the COMFORT, PREMIUM, VIP, EXCLUSIF ranges. If you book through an intermediary, the TV is not included in your rental.
Is it possible to bring back your television?
No, because the antenna connection is not effective.
Is it possible to reserve a specific location?
Yes, you must subscribe to the choice of location option at €35. Then we block the location of your choice.
The "choice of location" option allows you to permanently block one or two specific locations. This supplement can be used under two conditions:
– If you wish to choose a pitch number according to availability OR if you have a specific request: near the swimming pool, far from the entertainment, near the pond, etc.
– If you book several pitches, within the limit of two pitches: it allows you to have the pitches side by side or face-to-face.
Upon receipt of the reservation request, a list of available pitches will be communicated to the customer so that the latter can indicate their wishes.
The campsite has 550 pitches. Also, it cannot meet the criterion of sunshine, the latter being constantly changing according to the season or the time of day. For this reason, the criteria "sunny" or "shady" cannot be valid for this option.
Can we bring a pet?
On camping pitches, animals are accepted at an additional cost.
In rental, animals are accepted only in the STANDARD, COMFORT and UNUSUAL ranges at an additional cost.
Please note that category 1 and 2 animals are prohibited on the campsite. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the campsite and cannot be left alone in the rentals.
Are swim shorts allowed?
No, only short swimsuits are allowed. Any other attire is prohibited inside the swimming pools.
Is the aquatic area heated?
Yes, it is heated between 26°C and 28°C.
Is it possible to rent baby equipment?
We offer either per accessory €3 per night or the rental of the complete kit (baby bed, high chair, stroller and bathtub) at €7 per night.
WIFI access
The campsite has free wifi at the bar/restaurant level and paying if you want it at your pitch. The price is 4€/day, 15€/week, 25€/week.
Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?
Yes, but only charcoal. You can rent one directly at reception (€15 per week or €5 per day).
Is there a laundry in the campsite?
Yes. It works with tokens on sale at reception. (€5 per token)
Can we fish in the pond?
Yes, there is no need for a fishing license. You must bring your equipment.
What can we fish?
Carp, eel, pike, bream…. Please return the fish to the water.
